Our Large Auditorium (comprising 3 rooms) fits up to 120 people. For smaller groups, our Medium Auditorium fits up to 80 people.

NO GRACE PERIOD:
- There is no grace period for booking of these spaces.
- You may only enter these spaces at the start of your booking time and clear out at the end of your booking timeframe so do factor in your set up/clear up time into your booking.
- If you exceed your booking timeframe, you will be charged the full additional hour.
- If, by exceeding your booking timeframe, a next event booking is affected, you may be charged a “compensation fee” as may be demanded by the next hirer.
SPACE USAGE:
a) You may only utilise the space that you have booked. For example, if you have booked the Medium Auditorium, then you (and your guests) must stay within the Medium Auditorium. You are not permitted to use any of the facilities in The Hub, except the toilet. If you foresee needing more space, you are advised to book a bigger space or confirm with your City On A Hill event manager before utilising space(s) not in your booking reservation. Normal prevailing rates for extra space will apply.
b) Use of space(s) outside of booking reservation: Please note that if there is any spill-over into other spaces observed either in person, CCTV, or retrospectively reported, which were not previously agreed/approved by City On A Hill, you will be charged at 1.5 times the rate of the space used in minimum 30-minute blocks up till the end of use. For avoidance of doubt, the final amount on the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the additional charges without further reference to your good self.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
