A spacious and well-maintained studio equipped with ample amenities. It is situated on a lift-accessible floor and features an open area right outside. The overall location is quiet, making it ideal for a studio space.
The open area outside is partially sheltered, but it is often obstructed by pallets from other units, occupying the available space. On rainy days, the limited sheltered area means my equipment would have to be moved under the rain.

This place was more than I could ask for for the perfect birthday party. It is spacious and clean and it looks even bigger in real life than in pictures. The price for a place as big as this is also super worth it. Kevin and his colleagues were also super helpful in ensuring that I have the perfect layout for the party and accommodated to all my needs. I would definitely come back to this place for any future events that involve a large number of guests. Thank you so much Kevin and the DANAMIC team!

We had our solemnization and as the venue had a homely setting, all we had to do was order food. The space, the service, the danamic team, the facilities is awesome. Thank you to Joshua whom was always available to assist, Kenneth and Brandon for the arrangement.
Nothing but the steamer is old but Joshua whom was on duty was perfect in assisting anything we needed.

I love this place because firstly there are LOTS OF CHAIRS and seats for your guests!! Seriously everyone had seats and its SO spacious…. They have sofas too for comfort! Also they have different tables for different purposes like one for food.. one for bags.. one for presents.. u can just put many things there perfect for a party!!! I love how they also have a dedicated space for photo area, can show the guest that, that space is for photo taking, and also can set up the photo area nicely.. They have cake stands and also a backdrop rack/stand for u to decorate ur backdrop. Only thing is cant paste anything on the walls so if your decor needs to paste on walls, its abit hard. They also have a screen for u to display photos and videos montage.
