Iversen was exceptionally patient and answered all our queries before we confirmed. They also helped to set up the space promptly and did their best to ensure we had a good experience. This place comes highly recommended and we will definitely consider it for our future events. It is in an excellent location and is easily accessible, even on rainy days. The turnout rate for our event was better than expected because the venue is sheltered from the MRT. Portable AC units were also provided after 8pm when the main building turned off its main air conditioning.
It's recommended not to turn on the portable AC during the speaker session due to its loud noise. However, it can be used without issue during mingling sessions :)

Overall very satisfied with the venue. It was at a good location and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful throughout the booking process so we had no issue in terms of party organisation. The audiovisual equipment also worked and was easy to use. Highly recommend!
During sunset because of the big windows, the room got a bit warm in the evening. but overall was still ok due to the coolers provided.

The place is cozy and very central and chill. Also, there is a lot of flexibility in the usage of the venue which is great and gives more creativity to organize events.
I organized an event and while trusting the event organiser to close the place is truly appreciated, couldn’t be more thankful actually, I would still recommend having a staff onsite until the end of the event in case there is some emergency. For example, the mic had too much echo and I wanted to adjust it because the audience couldn’t hear well but the staff left quite early hence wasn’t able to do so. The good point though is that they’re very prompt in responding via WhatsApp.
