Host rules

Food, drinks & smoking are not allowed in the studio.
The use of the studio is limited to music practice, rehearsals, or recording only.
Please ensure that the glass panel on the studio door is 100% clear. No notice/flyers/poster should be pasted on it.
Renter shall be fully responsible for any damage or theft to D-Flat Studio’s property or equipment and renter agrees to pay repair or replacement costs for any lost or damaged equipment that occurs during the rental period.
Renter must observe end time as any overtime would be charged as an additional 30-minute block.
Notify the School staff at the end of the rental period and return the studio to its original condition. Do not remove any instruments, equipment & books from the studio and must be placed in the original location.
In case of any dispute, the school’s maximum liability is restricted to a full refund of the rental fees.
