The Chillout & DIY Function Room Is located in the basement and is suitable for fun, leisure events. You can watch movies on Netflix Smart TV, sing Karaoke, or go swimming in the Level 3 indoor pool. The toilet is located on Level 2.
Ready to welcome you & your guests!
Situated beside Geylang Serai Market, the area is still very quiet from late afternoons to nights so it is suitable for small gatherings, bridal showers, birthday mini parties, family gatherings & wellness activities.
Suitable also for workshop activities and streaming & recording for those wanting to sell products online & on social media.
Please do book at least 2 weeks in advance so we have ample time to prepare the space.

- Do treat this place like your own home.
- Please clean up after use or an additional $30 cleaning fee will be imposed.
- Keep noise level down after 10 pm as there are other operators within this building.
- All activity must be kept within the rented space.
- Should any complaints and trespassing notice arise or should the police be activated, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Damaged or lost equipment will incur replacement or restoration fees.
- No smoking within the unit.
- Trigger of smoke detectors will result in forfeit of deposit.

About Chillout Function Room
The Chillout Function Room is a one-of-a-kind, unique, basement Function Room. Features a pool usage at open-air on the 3rd floor. There is a possibility to rent the 3rd floor if you prefer an open area.
If you would like to dine in on the 3rd floor by the pool, there is an option to provide benches & tables. The spot is quite windy with an open view - you can see the surroundings of Geyland from the pool area.
There is also an open shower area beside the pool. The toilet is located on the 2nd floor.
Of course, if you are not interested in the open outdoor rental, hiring the indoor chillout function room only is also an option!
