About this space
Our maisonette is a unique, cosy space, perfect for photo shoots and film recording. The apartment features a living room, an open balcony, the dining area, the master bedroom, and more.
Most of the furniture is free-standing so it can be moved around for shoots.
We generally stay out of the way during filming once the initial intro is done, until the handover at the end.
Prices
Our overtime charges are at a fixed rate of S$100 per hour (or S$150 per hour if after 11 pm)
There is a S$500 deposit to be paid before the shoot starts. This will be returned as soon as the shoot ends assuming no damage.

Host rules
1. Put everything back to its original place before the shoot.
2. Clean up everything.
3. Lock the front door if no one in the house.
4. No painting of walls or furniture
5. If it rains, please pull down the ziptrack
6. If you plan to move any big furniture or breakable furniture (E.g. TV / vinyl player), please let us know beforehand
7. If you plan to install anything in the house, please let us know beforehand
8. If you plan to use any kitchen appliances, please let us know beforehand
9. If you are using the beds, please bring your own bedspread
10. If you need to cancel the shoot, please do so at least 3 days before the shoot date, else you will incur a fee
11. If you need to use the house for longer than intended, please let us know when you feel it may go over. Our overtime charges are at a fixed rate of S$100 per hour (or S$150 if after 10 pm)
12. If anything breaks or is spoiled during the shoot, do let us know by the end of the shoot.

The maisonette is just over 1,500 square feet and was recently renovated top to bottom. Some of the areas that other filmmakers and photographers love to use are (1) the living room, (2) the Open balcony area, (3) the Dining area with a long dining table, and (4) the Master bedroom with an iconic mural.
