About this space
Our facility offers four classrooms, ranging from a cozy small room that seats up to 3 people to larger spaces accommodating up to 12 people. Each classroom is fully air-conditioned, soundproof, and equipped with a 120 x 180 cm whiteboard to support a productive and comfortable learning environment.
Guests have access to a common area, which serves as a waiting area complete with an open-concept kitchen. Free WiFi is available for waiting guests, ensuring convenience and connectivity.
Centrally located, our classrooms provide a convenient and conducive space for tutors or anyone needing a venue to conduct lessons in town—all at reasonable rental rates. Additional equipment can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
Our largest classroom can accommodate up to 12 people, making it versatile for a range of teaching and learning needs.

Host rules
1. The main door is to be closed at all times other than when going out or coming in.
2. All Equipment is to be kept inside our space and cannot be placed along the corridor, staircase and lift landing, or 1st floor of the building.
3. Strictly no smoking.
4. You can arrange your own caterer at your own cost. Foods can be placed along corridor only on weekends.

7. Set up of any of the rooms can be customizable according to your requirements. Please inform us beforehand.
8. Security Deposit Rules
A Security Deposit of $100 to be collected before the event and is refundable unless there are any damages/missing items.
The cost of repairing or replacing items will be deducted from the security deposit. In the event that the cost of repairing or replacing any damages items is in excess of the security deposit (s) the renter is required to pay for the complete cost for the repair or replacement.
An agreement form with these clauses will be sent to you for endorsement.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
The space is nestled in the pristine estates of Redhill, Lengkok Bahru, and Alexandra Road. In the main hall, there's a Lego wall, an in-house library, matting, and board games. For added excitement, there's also a mini table tennis and billiard table to enjoy. The main hall is spacious, filled with natural light, and features an open-concept pantry (non-cooking) for added convenience.
Central Indoor Kids Party is a fully renovated, 1400 sqft space that is a children's birthday party venue. There is a clean kitchen and bathroom, carpark with direct access, drinking water, lights, and Aircon available.
Site visit on weekends and after office hour is chargeable at $40 for up to 1 hour.
