We are located in the office tower, not retail mall nor residence.
Our larger practice space has up to 19 comfortably arranged yoga mats. less space between mats, with room for up to 22 mats.
Activities that require no shoes are permitted, including yoga, meditation, barefoot dancing, workshops, presentations, and work areas.
mat-sitting; chairs are not available.

Host rules
1) Only bare footed activities are allowed, no shoes allowed in the studio.
2) No food is allowed in the studio, participants may bring food and consume outside the premises.
3) Please remove any used tissues and wipe your spills/sweat on the floor.
4) Please wipe the yoga mats with the cloth and mat spray provided.
5) At the end of your use, arrange all mats, props and/or furniture back to their original position when you entered the studio. Return the studio to us the way it was handed to you.
6) No smoking is allowed in the building.
7) All food and beverages packaging to be disposed of in building's dustbin at the cargo lift area.

About Unika Yoga & Therapy
A new cosy yoga studio in an office building, 24 hours security guard on duty, CCTV inside studio. Huge windows with natural light, full blackout roller blinds & electric wall fans available.
We have 2 studios for rent -- big studio for up to 15 yoga mats; small studio for up to 9 yoga mats. Only bare-footed activities are allowed, all shoes are to be kept in shoe cabinet at our reception area.
Aircon hours: Weekdays 8am to 6pm; Saturday 8am to 1pm; Sundays and public holidays no aircon.
Available in studio: metal lockers, water dispenser with paper cups, yoga mats and props.
Available yoga props: high density foam blocks, cushions, straps, wheel and bolsters
At the end of your use, please arrange all mats, props and/or furniture back to their original position and return the studio to us in the way how it was handed over to you. Thank you.
