Suitable up to 150 pax with chairs.
Up to 80 pax for seminar/classroom style with tables and chairs setup.

Our versatile space is fully equipped with air-conditioning, whiteboards, stationeries, computers, projectors, microphones, speakers, TVs - something you won't find anywhere else. The layout of tables and chairs can be flexibly reorganized to meet your desired setting. We also provide printing services upon request.

About Advance Vision

Located just outside MacPherson MRT Station Exit B, this is a convenient and versatile space for anyone looking for a place to hold jamming sessions, dance, fitness, parties, weddings, photography, video shoots, workshops, meetings, and even co-sharing working space.

The surrounding area has dining options such as Paya Lebar Square/Quarter, 18 at Tai Seng, and Circuit Road Hawker Centre. There is also a canteen opposite our building that opens from Monday-Saturday, or a coffee shop across the road that is open 24/7.

We also have free parking within the building (limited slots within, and paid slots just outside the building).
