Host rules

Seishinkan Studio will not be held accountable for lost or stolen articles or personal injury that occurred on the premises.

You will be responsible for your personal belongings and shall be liable for claims for any damage, loss or injury or death suffered by reason of or arising from or in connection with your use.

You will keep Seishinkan Studio Private Limited fully indemnified from and against all claims, demands, actions, losses, costs and expenses (including costs on a solicitor and client basis) of any nature whatsoever which Seishinkan Studio Private Limited may suffer or incur in connection with a loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property howsoever caused arising from or in connection with the use of our Studio by you.

Studio Rules:
-Eating and drinking are not allowed in the studio.
-Smoking is strictly not allowed in the studio.
-Please clear all trash when you exit the studio, you may discard them at the green bin at the first floor lobby behind the main door.
-Please refrain from extremely loud music that would disturb the neighbours.
-Shoe rack is available at the door entrance before entering, footwear is not allowed unless initially discussed.
-Do not use substances on the studio’s floor including but not limited to rosin, powder or tape that will damage the floor.
-Do not use heavy or sharp objects in the studio that might damage the studio floor or the mirror.
-All and any existing items in the studio belong to Seishinkan Studio, please do not remove any item from the studio.
-Please ensure that all electrical appliances such as lights, fan, and air-conditioning are switched off before you exit the studio.
-Additional Charges will apply for appliances left running after the booking timing.
-The aircon remote control turns on the air-conditioning unit at the back of the unit, while the wall switch turns on the front unit.
-Light switches are located at the entrance of the studio.
-Please ensure that the door is shut after leaving.
