General Rules:
1. Do not use spray paint in both Studio A and Studio B
2. Do not block the corridors if you're required to place equipment trolleys outside the unit.
3. If you're require to speak to our neighbours for sound issues, please let us know before doing so.
The rule of Studio A (Cyclorama):
1. Remove shoes before stepping on the cyclorama
2. If talent requires shoes, please clean the soles beforehand or tape the bottom
3. Do not sit, walk or lean on the curved segment of the cyclorama
4. Do not drag stands or furniture on the cyclorama
5. If the event of the cyclorama being damaged or stained, a repair and repainting fee of $300 will be charged.
Rule of the Studio B (Kitchen Set):
1. Do not use gaff tape on the walls, blinds, or anything that may cause damage during removal
2. Do not drag items on the kitchen counter/island that might scratch or stain the surfaces.
3. In the event of any furniture being damaged or stained a reupholstery or replacement fee will be charged depending on the damage.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
