Host rules

- Member must be a minimum of 14-years-old in order to attend a regular non-hot class at Ki Yoga. However, exceptions may be given for a younger child, who is able follow clear instructions and cooperate throughout the class. This is to avoid disturbance to the rest of the class.
- Member must be a minimum of 16-years-old to attend a regular class, hot class at Ki Yoga. This is solely for safety as hot classes are of higher intensity.
- Ki Yoga is not liable or responsible for any theft, loss or damage of personal property within the studio facility.

We are located in a quiet corner, on the second level. Get away from most of the hustle and all of city noise, take a quiet while with us. Enjoy an elevated peace while you focus on yourself in your daily practice.
