About this space
Spanning 1300 square feet and featuring a 6-meter high ceiling and a mezzanine, Pivotal Studios offers flexibility for various types of shoots and events. It goes beyond being a simple studio by providing stylish furnishings, including a contemporary living room set and a retro-inspired sofa set, enabling you to capture diverse shots and undertake a variety of projects.
Creative individuals from different fields, such as photographers, videographers, production teams, and creative agencies, will find Pivotal Studios to be an essential destination. Its design takes into consideration the needs of productions and ensures the comfort of clients. The Space is well-equipped with amenities designed to enhance your experience, including a luxurious changing and makeup area connected to a bathroom, a Ruhens dispenser providing hot, cold, and sparkling water options, a fully functional kitchen with a stove setup, a 451-liter fridge/freezer, a 55-inch TV, and even a karaoke system.
Furthermore, we offer additional services such as studio facilities and in-house equipment rentals to accommodate your specific creative and production requirements.
Prices
Do include the set up and tear down timing into the rental, as last min delays or time extensions will be chargeable as well.
Do note:
A) We have a no footwear policy in the space to lower cleaning costs and maintenance of the carpet.
If footwear is required: +$100
B) There's a Basic Maintenance fee of $30 that will be charged per event for pre and post spruce up of the space to ensure it’s in the best condition for our clients.
(Clients will be required to reset the space back to the original condition as per how it was handed over and remove trash after their event which can be dumped at L1 Bin centre)
However if there are spillages and clean up of the space that is required after the event, a $100 cleaning surcharge will be required.
C) There is a compulsory $250 Refundable* Security Deposit. (refundable when the place is returned in good condition, do allow 7-10 working days for Refund to be processed).
D) only Rentals are chargeable through Tagvenue. Maintenance / Cleaning fees + Security deposits are collected via Paynow, which will be required upon confirmation of rental.

Host rules
- No smoking/vaping in the premise or building.
- No sexual activities, drug use, or unlawful acts and practices.
- Kindly remove footwear before entering the Space. (Needing to allow footwear? Kindly enquire within)
- No excessively loud music after 10pm.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times, treat this space with care and much love, for others to also enjoy the space.
- Bag Up and Clear out ALL trash to the Bin Centre on Level 1. Double Bag if necessary, Ensure no leakage of trash bags along the corridor and lifts. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if cleaning beyond the space is necessary.
- Spillages or Dirtying of premises: Kindly do what you can to salvage with the cleaning materials provided.
- Return equipment to their original positions before handing over the space.
- No pets allowed, unless specified or permission has been granted, kindly enquire first.
- Damage or lost of property and equipment will be chargeable at point of purchase price.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
