room2f is a multi-use event space that is conveniently located just minutes away from City Hall, Bugis and Bras Basah MRT stations. The cosy, well equipped and versatile cafe-like space can hold 70-80 pax seated for gatherings, 70-80 pax for seminars and 50-60 pax for meetings & workshops.
There are plenty of parking options within and around Bras Basah Complex, as well as escalators and lifts to access our space.
The space comprises a bar and reception with open seating area, an assortment of board, card and tabletop games, retro video game machines, curated books and magazines, as well as a gallery wall for you to display your works, photos or products. Projection equipment and microphones are available upon request. You can showcase, share & engage, get together, create new ideas and hold all important work or life events within this beautiful space.
This makes it the perfect location for a wide variety of events including birthday parties, celebrations, gatherings, workshops, showcases and also corporate events.
We cater to both private events, corporate events, photography and video shoots at affordable rates. Just write to us if you need a space that can work to your needs.

Host rules
- The hours booked should include your setting up time, the actual event and packing up time.
- Early check in and late check out fees are applicable at $50 per 15 mins
- No smoking or vaping within or outside the premises.
- No sparklers, glitter or confetti guns are allowed.
- No water games are allowed.
- No pets allowed without permission.
- Alcohol is allowed but prohibited for minors below the age of 18. Please remind all guests to consume alcohol responsibly during your event.
- No cooking with open flames.
- CCTVs are placed around the space for your safety, please do not tamper with them.
- No illegal activities, gambling, theft & other undesirable activities are allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a need.
- Please refrain from loud & rowdy behaviour, we have neighbours to consider too :)
- Please adhere strictly to your booking hours which includes setting up and tearing down. Do inform vendors not to show up before the booking time as they will be stuck waiting outside. All hosts, guests, caterers and vendors will have to leave the space by the end of the booking.
- Please treat the space with care. Any damages found will be deducted from your security and cleaning deposit of $100. If the amount is insufficient to cover for the damages, this additional amount must be paid up within 24 hrs after the event.
- Strictly no moving of cabinets, game machines or decorations (including frames). You are however, allowed to shift the tables and chairs where needed.
- Please remove all decorations by the end of your event. Do not pop balloons that contain confetti and glitter as the items will scatter around the space and you will be liable for cleaning. Please inform us and we can handle this for you where needed.
- Please tidy up after your event ends, with trash cleared and properly tied up in the black bags provide
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
