With a generous size of 1600 sqft (whole) and a dedicated 500 sqft stage, this space offers plenty of room for your artistic endeavors. The Big Hall accommodates a substantial gathering, with a capacity ranging from 80 to 100 individuals.
Our amenities include 50 chairs, 30 music stands, and a conductor chair, providing comfort for your ensemble. The star of the show, a grand piano, takes center stage, enhancing your musical experience.
In addition, we have an array of percussion instruments to add rhythm to your compositions, including timpani in four sizes (20 inch, 21 inch, 23 inch, and 29 inch), a 3.5-octave xylophone, a 3-octave vibraphone, a commanding 46-inch bass drum, and a selection of cymbals.

The space operates on a rental per hour basis, including immediate services with facilities suited to various needs. The space operates on an all day-all week basis, offering affordable prices for best results.
MusArt Co-Create encourages freelancers as well as private music and art practitioners to setup their own working space and environment, providing the rooms, facilities, support, management, and development strategies. We invite such practitioners to establish their own businesses within our space, sharing resources across different individuals and groups.
