Host rules

STUDIO RENTAL
• Booking hours should account for time required for both set-up and tear-down.
• Please note that we do not provide lighting equipment.
• Shooting areas are at our main studio area, seating, dining area, corridor and entrance.
• You may use all the furniture, props, empty clothes racks and mirrors that are in the studio unless otherwise stated.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
• All booking overruns will incur a charge in blocks of 30 mins, pro-rated based on applicable rates.
• If your booking is outside of our standard operating hours (Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm), an additional after-hours fee of $20/hour applies.
• Additional set up costs may apply for major set ups/decorations (floral/hanging displays).
• A $100 rental deposit is applicable which will be refunded upon safe handover of the studio.

STUDIO CARE
• Worn footwear/Trolleys should be left outside our studio
• If you are shifting or repositioning items for the shoot, please carry all props and furniture with care to ensure the floors and walls are not damaged.
• All shifted items should be returned to their original positions by the end of the shoot.
• Food should only be consumed (with placemats) at the main dining area while seated.
• Please clean up after your meal.
• Buffets and catering are not allowed for studio shoot bookings.
• Vaping is disallowed in the studio – there is a designated smoking area outside the building.
• The deposit may also be used to offset any additional cleaning fees required should be studio be returned in a condition that requires additional cleaning.
