Perched on the 24th floor of a pointblock, conveniently located within 5 mins walking distance from AMK MRT, with views to Bukit Timah Hills (to the west), Johor Bahru, (to the north) and the Malaysian Mountains beyond.

Interior is spacious, light-filled, airy, quiet, contemplative and contemporary with ample natural light streaming in from the North, East and West making it ideal for filming. This unit also has beautiful expansive panoramic views to the east and west for capture sunrise and sunset and all the colors that come with it.

This unit is available for day or night shoot. Please refer to respective rates for day, night and weekend shoot.
