2. If you require rescheduling, kindly inform us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled studio session.
3. To cover any unexpected damages or cleaning needs during your use, a $100 security deposit via PayNow is necessary. Upon returning the studio in its original condition, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after your booking.
4. Before entering the studio, you will receive a comprehensive checklist via email. If you notice any damages or encounter issues with the provided items, please report them via the provided Google link. After using the items, please ensure they are returned to their original positions. Photo references are available in the studio for your convenience.
5. Pets are welcome! In the event of any mess, kindly tidy up—consider using manner bands and pee pads for easier cleanup.

Host rules
1. To cover potential damages or cleaning needs during your use, a $100 security deposit is required. We will contact you separately for the add-on payment via PayNow. If the studio is returned in its original condition, the full deposit will be refunded within 5 working days after your booking.
2. Before your studio session, you will receive a comprehensive checklist via WhatsApp. If you notice any damages or issues with the provided items, please report them using the provided Google link. After using the items, ensure they are returned to their original positions. Photo references are available in the studio for your convenience.
3. A 1-hour grace period is provided for setting up, checking the studio's condition, and tearing down—30 minutes before and after your rental time.
4. Overnight storage of items is not permitted, even for multiple-day bookings. Please check with us in advance.
5. Pets are welcome! If there is any mess, please clean it up. Consider using manner bands and pee pads for easier cleanup.
6. You are responsible for any injuries or property damage that occur on the studio premises, releasing Meatballs Studio from liability.
7. Our full-day booking period runs from 00:00 to 23:59.
