We designed the space with our own attendees in mind, with facilities and vibe that aren't seen in any other spaces. Imagine lime washed textured walls, dimmable lights and spotlights, that's House of Offline. 1800sqft of versatile space for any occasion. Host rules

House Rules
1. Basic cleaning is required after using our space, otherwise there will be extra cost for cleaning fee. Bag all trash and bring them down to the first floor trash bins.
2. Return all equipment to their original positions.
3. Return all shifted furniture to its original position.
4. Decorations must be removed.
5. Please switch off all lights, air-con and all electrical appliances before leaving.
6. Keep all doors and windows closed at all time.
7. No smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space. You may smoke outside of the space in the back exit door.
8. No excessively loud music. Keep all activities within the space. If a complaint due to excessive noise is surfaced, or if the police are activated to survey, full deposit will be forfeited.
9. Any damages of facilities, equipment or furniture, deposit fee will be deducted as replacement fees.
10. No illegal activities like drugs, sexual behaviours, etc.
11. Booking duration is inclusive of setup and tear down time. Kindly reach out to us if you need any extension as it will be based on availability. Any extension beyond the booking time will be charged for every hour or part thereof.
12. Ensure that both the front and back doors are fully locked before leaving.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

If you're looking for a spot to host an intimate event, look no further than House of Offline! We recently held our gender reveal there for 35 guests, and it was an absolute blast. The venue itself is clean, well-equipped, and spacious, offering just the right ambiance for any occasion. One of the standout features was the accommodating staff, particularly Weiyue, who was our main point of contact. From start to finish, she was nothing short of professional and went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly. Not only that, but she even granted us the flexibility to start an hour earlier, which was a huge help in setting up and making sure everything was perfect. We brought in our own catering, and the venue provided all the necessary amenities to make the process seamless. Overall, House of Offline exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're in need of a venue for your next gathering, I highly recommend checking them out!! :)

We created this space knowing the importance of, yet diminishing, offline connections in today's day and age. House of Offline is not any other event space that are occupied with random furniture, but created as a unique experience on its own. We run our own social events regularly, hence we know exactly how people feel when they walk into a new space.

We know the importance of having a multifunctional event space, with the ability to run any event you can think of. High tables and chairs for a more adulting-vibe, normal tables and chairs for food and drinks, and kids' table and chairs for their own fun time. Most of our furnitures are stackable, foldable and movable to any layout that you wish.
