* All belongings and decorations must be removed by the end of the rental period.
* The space must be left clean and free of any trash or debris. Additional cleanup fees may apply if the space is not left in its original condition.
* No smoking inside the premises.
* A security deposit is required and will be refunded after inspection if no damages occur.
* All music and amplified sound must be kept within acceptable levels to avoid disturbance to neighboring properties.
* Pets are only allowed with prior approval
* Please use non-damaging adhesives (e.g., removable tape/bluetack) for any decorations.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
