About this space
We have 2 home offices with no built-in furniture and furnished with movable items such as adjustable standing desks. Between the 2 home offices is a round glass window so we can see each other while still maintaining our own spaces while we work.
We are a corner unit and we have a decorated outdoor corner for the alfresco cafe feels. Feel free to style it for your shoots as long as you take care of our belongings and home :)
There is a shopping mall and train station nearby (~6 minutes walk) so you can easily get what you need.

- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No alcohol allowed after 8pm.
- Kindly reinstate all items back to original position upon checking out.
- Do not drag heavy equipment on floor which may cause any damage.
- Cost of any damaged items or repair fees are to be borne by filmmakers.
- Please keep your voices down after 9pm
- Please factor in shoot setup/tear-down timings as part of the whole booking duration
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
Fully renovated warm and cosy home with a flexible living room - no sofa and TV, so you can easily style it to fit your shoot. We use the living room for yoga, art jamming and chilling. You can use our Ambient Lounge bean bags and projector if needed. Lime washed wall is perfect for as a backdrop.
Japanese/Korean home cafe vibes with an open concept kitchen and coffee nook. You can borrow our drink/tableware for your shoot.
