- Strictly shoes off only.
- Strictly no smoking indoors and inside the building. A fine of $1000.00 shall be imposed on offenders before any fines issues by the building management.
- Please clear out the thrash to the rubbish area located at the cargo lift area.
- Please make sure that spillages are minimized in the venue.
- Please make sure that any set up and tearing downs from vendors are only allowed within your booking time slot.
- No sexual activities and drug usages are allowed.
- No pasting of decorations on the walls.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
