Terms and Conditions for booking party hall
• A booking is considered to be on the waiting list until we receive the advance payment. We will notify you once the final confirmation is made.
• The full balance is due 21 days before the event date. Payments can be made via PayNOW only.
• All food and beverages must be provided by NALAN Restaurant only. No outside food or beverages are allowed, except for specialty items such as cakes, which must be pre-approved. Menu selections and final details must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event.
• Decorations are permitted but must be approved by our Manager. No nails, tacks, or adhesives may be used on walls or furniture. Setup time will be 1 hour before the event start time, unless otherwise arranged.
• The restaurant is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or property. The client accepts full responsibility for any claims or liabilities arising from the event.
• Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits to avoid disturbing other guests.
