About this space
The venue can host both day and night events. Besides the basic utilities, amenities like WiFi, PA system are available upon requests. External Catering can be allowed and alcoholic beverages is on a BYO basis*. The venue can also provide private dining options that range from Peranakan to Filipino BBQ; and coordinate other arrangements such as entertainers, MCs, Game organisers, External Catering, Decorations, AV media equipment, additional Furniture etc based on your budget.
There is ample free parking amongst the public roads surrounding the property, with the Nearest station a 2min walk, only 200m away [Punggol Point]. Limited parking for event hosts can be provided within the property. Nearest bus stops are 3 mins walk serviced by Bus No.84 and No.384. Or simply cycle in from the PCN network that circumvents Punggol Point Park.
The venue is ideal for small private groups 10 or less, and can comfortably accommodate 50.

About Vertilla's Garden
Our unique venue is set within an Old Styled Tropical Bungalow in a quiet part of Punggol. The key features are the huge Garden that provides an outdoor space for private gatherings & meetings, BBQs, Children Parties, Team Building, Outdoor Group Exercise or even photographic shoots. The garden perimeter has mature fruit trees like coconuts, mango, rambutan, jackfruit , sugar cane; local herbs, spices & other edibles; and an orchid collection worthy of mention. The garden is large enough to accommodate a bouncy castle or a Marquee.
Equipped with a full Kitchen, and Wet Kitchen - excellent for BBQs and heavy Asian Cooking. There are 3 dining areas - a formal 10 seater (air conditioned), a 4 seater high top, and a more informal casual 14 seater. Living area is set in Patio that overlooks the 6,500 sq ft garden. A roof terrace that overlooks the Garden from above is also accessible, and an ideal spot as an overwatch.
