Host rules

Please adhere to the no footwear policy in GatherLink.

Clients are welcome to decorate the venue as they wish; however, please avoid using mounting tape, nails, glue, or any adhesives that may cause permanent damage to surfaces when removed. All decorations must be taken down before leaving the venue. Charges will incur if premises is found damaged.

All furniture and amenities at GatherLink can be rearranged to suit your preferences. Please ensure everything is returned to its original position before the end of your booking.

Please handle all facilities with care, as any damaged or missing items will incur replacement fees based on their value.

GatherLink does not impose cleaning fees; however, basic housekeeping is required before leaving the space. Please make sure all trash is emptied and disposed of in the public green bin near the cargo lift to the right of GatherLink. Failure to do so may result in cleaning fee charges.

GatherLink reserves the right to impose an additional cleaning fee if needed to restore the unit to its original condition. Examples where this may be required include: Stains on fabric or upholstery, Deodorizing the space.

Please ensure all switches, air conditioners, and water points are turned off before leaving the space, except those labeled “Do not off.” Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

Clients are responsible for the behavior of their guests and vendors. GatherLink will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of property during the event.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Kwan is extremely helpful and understanding! He provides details of the venue promptly and is very willing to help with requests! The venue is very big with games, play area for kids, nursing room, fridge, pantry, washroom, and even a backdrop for decorations! This place is amazing!

Baby Shower · 70 guests
Spacious venue for 60-70 people to seat and eat comfortably. Extra room was for my baby shower as baby could sleep, feed & change in private. Play area was great for kids. Air-con worked well to cool the place.
