The room features pristine white walls and carpeted floors for optimal sound insulation. Versatile and adaptable, it’s perfect for use as a classroom, meeting room, or podcasting/vlogging studio.

Airconditioner runs @22degC till 6pm Monday- Friday & room remains cool till 11pm
Airconditioner does NOT operate on weekends.

No smoking & no drinking allowed. No shoes is allowed.
You may buy your food and eat in. Please clean up after use.
Please return chairs and desk to the original position after use.
Central air conditioning system-- There's no aircondition after 6pm .You may use the fan provided
Please note some house rules to keep space tidy and pleasant for all :)

Water is available on site.
No cooking & heating appliances allow for safety reasons.
No pets & shoes allowed inside the room
Toilets are available outside. ( Please bring the toilet card along )
Complimentary hot water & tea available at the pantry.
Please return all used glasses & cups to the sink. ( Leave at the sink will do. No need to wash )
Dust bin is provided. Please tie the bag & throw any rubbish on the way out.
If there’s food, kindly wipe the table down.
Please keep the place neat and tidy. Cleaning fee $50 applies if room is dirty.
Unsecured Wifi network is available, you may use it at your own risk. Hence we're not liable for any interruptions/ drop in connection. Ideally, you should use your own hotspot. Please obtain the code from me when you check in.

With the Clarke Quay MRT station just a couple of minutes away, this podcasting friendly location is a super convenient place. It's great for recordings, hosting events for podcasters, vloggers, freelancers and creatives.
The room includes a spacious desk (1.6m x 0.8m), a 2-3 seater sofa, two chairs, an electrical outlet, podcast equipment with two phone clamps, and ensures privacy.
For lighting, there are two full-length glass windows providing natural light, with roller blinds available to adjust lighting as needed. Complimentary amenities include WiFi, tea, coffee, and water.
