Additionally, you have the option to rent tables and chairs for a nominal fee. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $200 is required prior to the lease commencement. For leases exceeding 2 weeks, the deposit amount is $1000. This space can comfortably accommodate 1 to 15 individuals, making it suitable for a variety of needs.

The venue is open 24 hours and suitable for 1 to 10 people.
A minimum 4-hour booking is required each time. There is also a one-time security deposit of $200 payable directly to the landlord before the start of the rental.
