House Rules and Agreement
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the property.
- The event coordinator will be held responsible for any damages or loss of items (e.g., doors, locks, restroom, fridge, trees, lighting, remote control).
- Please avoid using glue, tape, or nails that could cause stains or damage to the space.
- We are not liable for any of the above infractions in the event of interactions with authorities.
- The premises must be restored to their original condition after the event. Additional fees will apply for any overtime use.
- Cooking is not permitted (catering is allowed).
End of Event Responsibilities
- The coordinator is responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all trash.
- An additional $200 charge will be imposed if trash is left within the venue, shared spaces, or public corridors.
