A performing arts rehearsal, pre-production, and production space located five minutes from Aljunied MRT station, featuring a mezzanine with a viewing sofa.

The studio includes a Harlequin Marley sprung floor, full-length mirrors, a moveable ballet barre, a Bluetooth sound system, and an in-unit bathroom/changing room. The 7-meter ceiling accommodates up to 50 people.
