Host rules

- No smoking in the building.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- We do not provide staffing support in setting up for your event or clearing the venue after the event; please consider the preparatory time and clearing time upon booking.
- Security fee $100 is compulsory and have to transfer separately to our bank account. It will be refunded first week of the next month and invoice will be provided.
