The space includes two large tables, and dual 65-inch TVs you can move around, plus a cozy pantry area for snacks. It can accommodate up to 20 boardroom style, or up to 50 for a more packed session.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following rules:

1️⃣ Booking & Access
- Advance booking is required. Walk-ins are not permitted.
- Check-in & check-out must be within the reserved time slot. Additional time may be subject to extra charges.
- Access details (e.g., key collection or door codes) will be provided upon confirmation of booking.

2️⃣ Respect for the Space
- Please leave the space as you found it—clean and tidy.
- No unauthorized furniture rearrangement that may cause damage. If adjustments are needed, please check with us in advance.
- No smoking or vaping inside the premises.

3️⃣ Noise & Conduct
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during office hours or evening hours.
- No disruptive activities (e.g., loud music, excessive shouting) that may disturb surrounding businesses or residents.
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

4️⃣ Equipment & Facilities
- The TV screens, power outlets, and other equipment are for guest use. Please handle them with care.
- The pantry area is available for light refreshments—please dispose of trash properly.
- Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest.

5️⃣ Food & Beverages
- Outside food and drinks are allowed, but please keep the space clean.
- No strong-smelling food or alcohol is permitted unless prior approval is given.

6️⃣ Cancellation & No-Shows
Cancellations made 24hrs before the booking start time will receive a full/partial refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellation for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable..

7️⃣ Security & Safety
- Ensure all personal belongings are kept secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Guests must switch off all lights and electrical appliances before leaving.

In case of emergency, please follow the evacuation procedures posted in the space.

Just 5 mins away from Nicoll Highway MRT Station, our venue sits within a preserved Art Deco shophouse built in 1935 whose exterior features the rich architectural heritage of Singapore’s pre-war era. It was gazetted for conservation in 1989 and underwent a thoughtful restoration in 1995.

Unlike the typical corporate office setting, our space breaks away from rigid layouts. Here, you’ll find an open-space layout that accommodates creativity and collaboration. We have multi-purpose workbenches, dual 65-inch TVs, and a cozy pantry area. Our space can host meetings, workshops, or team brainstorming sessions where productivity feels natural, not forced.
