Situated within the historic Customs House with spectacular views of Marina Bay, Caffe Fernet presents modern Italian cuisine. Traditional Italian ingredients and dishes are tweaked with local and seasonal produce, resulting in elegant dishes that look deceptively simple, but are flavoursome and satisfying.
