About this space
Our studio is equipped with energetic multi-color backdrop walls and top-shelf lighting using advanced modifier hardware. A ceiling and walls treated with sound-absorbing foam provide for top acoustics, suitable for audio recording purposes, with a black glossy accent wall appearing as a visual spectacle or pure color backdrop option. Walls will be repainted for project topic congruency on a service-added basis.
Built for flexibility, the facility is used for photography, video production, and audio recording, such as portraits, product photography, commercials, podcasts, and voice-overs.

Host rules
• Always check with us to confirm space availability before making a reservation.
• Renters may use studio equipment at no extra charge. Please handle all equipment with care.
• Any damage or loss to equipment, furniture, or the studio space will be the renter’s responsibility.
• All items must be returned to their original position after use.
• Custom painting of the color wall is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Renters must keep the studio clean and organized throughout their session.
• Setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time slot. Additional charges apply for overtime.
• At the end of the rental, all trash must be removed and disposed out of the studio.
• No smoking or alcohol is allowed in or around the studio.
• No shoes in the studio, except in designated photoshoot areas.
• Eating and drinking are allowed—please keep the space tidy.
• Do not drag furniture or equipment; ask for assistance if items need to be moved.
• Ensure all lights and air-conditioning units are turned off before leaving.
