- A mixture of punching bags
- A full power rack with gym weight lifting equipment and dumbbells
- Assortment of cross-fit equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebell, heavy tire, sledge-hammer etc.
- Large open training area
- Full length mirrors in training area and weight lifting area
- Quint and cozy lounge area
- Modern and clean shower facilities and make-up room with self lit mirror
