I hosted my 21st birthday here with around 22 guests, and there was more than enough space in the venue for everyone to be seated and chilling. The venue was packed with so many facilities that my guests were never once bored, and in fact, even with 7 hours booked it felt like we couldn't get enough! The place was really clean and tidy, especially the bathroom which shocked me because it was so clean I didn't have any issues changing out of my floor-length dress there. The team was also so lovely, and I had smooth communication with them throughout the entire process, from booking onwards. They also provided cleaning materials and trash bags, which made it easy to clean up after, and I simply had to leave the trash in the venue for them to clear. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be booking future events here again.
My only real complaint is the front door next to the lift having to be locked, but I understand that this isn't something the team can control. My guests were all young adults so we didn't have any issues going up and down the stairs, but note that if you order delivery or catering you'll need to get the drivers to come to the back entrance and climb up the stairs if needed

Cleanliness could have done better because got cockroaches. Some of the chairs are abit dirty and sticky, furniture and equipment abit old but overall still acceptable.
