Communication with Suren was great and he allowed for us to do a recce for free prior to the shoot which was greatly appreciated. The house was tidied up before we came for our shoot and that also made it so easy to move around the furniture. Overall a great experience renting from Suren!

About Cosy home for video shoot
The maisonette is just over 1,500 square feet and was recently renovated top to bottom. Some of the areas that other filmmakers and photographers love to use are (1) the living room, (2) the Open balcony area, (3) the Dining area with a long dining table, and (4) the Master bedroom with an iconic mural.
