Versatile studio for video and photo shoots. Light stands, c-stands, some lighting equipment available for use. Will definitely hire again for different themed shoots.
The other tenants in the 1st floor can be unpredictably noisy after 10am. Not recommended for audio recording situations where there needs to be dead silence for long duration, but still very manageable for casual speech recording. This Chinese set requires us to climb a flight of stairs (no lift access).

The decoration design and furniture design does have the feel of oldies shanghai feel and it's what I'm looking for.
Everything is good and person is very approachable and helpful.
