Mama Diam is a speakeasy bar that infuses elements of the traditional mamadiam (a convenience store in Singapore that is often located under a HDB block, widely found in 1980s and '90s.) that is known and well-loved by many Singaporeans. Embark on a nostalgic journey into Singapore’s cultural heritage with our menu that puts a modern twist to iconic local favourites, including Mama Diam's signature Chilli Crab Soft Shell Crab Bao, Chicken Curry Kueh Pai Tee, Hainanese Pork Chop as well as our unique local cocktails flavours.
