The hotel is easily accessible not too hard to locate. Mr Fung was super helpful during the event day, always doing his best to ensure I have what I needed.
The VM Mr Ajay, is super hard to get hold of. Takes forever to reply to email to the point I have to ask the sales person Sonya who tried her best to assist me with my enquiries. For once I had the thought of just cancelled my booking his him and just go do it elsewhere.

The events manager and floor manager (Ajay & Fung) were both responsive and were able to accommodate us and our requests. The food all tasted really good and the place was nicely decorated during our event.
Due to lack of manpower, there were some delays in the food service. We opted for a seated menu, so it took a while for everyone to get their food per course. Also, some dish were mixed with orders from other guests.
I think they still got a room to improve in order to coordinate & develop a more efficient system how the food is gonna be served. But overall staff were friendly and helpful.
