The Writers Room at PHOENIX, is a cozy and inspiring space designed for productive work sessions. This fully private room comfortably seats up to 5 guests, making it ideal for off-site meetings, brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and small photoshoots. With two desks, a round table, and a lounge area, the space is both functional and inviting.
The room is equipped with a 4K television and Apple TV, a whiteboard with markers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Add-on coffee and tea service is also available to ensure a comfortable experience. While perfect for meetings and creative work, please note that the room is not soundproof and is not suitable for sound recording, as the walls do not reach the ceiling.

Allowed events
Host rules
1. You can start setting up at the beginning of your rental time. Please do not enter earlier.
2. You are responsible for your setup, but the host will assist with moving tables.
3. Bring helpers for setting up chairs, tables, and decor, as the space will not be preset.
4. Do not place hot or wet items on wooden tables. Use the concrete counter or folding tables.
5. Only use painter’s tape on the wooden wall. Heavier items can be hung using fishing line or hooks.
6. If using folding tables, please bring your own linens.
Clean Up
1. Clean up must be done within your rental time. Start at least 30 minutes before the end.
2. Reset the tables and chairs as they were originally. The host will help move tables.
3. Notify the host if you need extra time; overtime is charged in half-hour increments.
4. Check out with your host before leaving for a walkthrough to avoid additional charges.
5. Glitter, confetti, and non-compostables may result in a $50 cleaning fee.
Parking
1. No parking at the laundromat, 7/11, or Goodwill lots; towing is enforced.
2. Metered parking is available on Lincoln Ave, with free parking on Pacific Ave, and a nearby parking structure.
3. A loading zone on Lincoln Ave is available for loading in/out but not for parking.
Restrictions
* No glitter, confetti, or confetti balloons.
* No nails, packing tape, or push pins on walls; Command strips are okay.
* No fireworks, sparklers, or open flames.
* No smoking.
* No pets.
* No styrofoam products; compostable options are encouraged.
Children between ages 2-9 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted after 9 pm. You will be charged for any damages caused by your guests.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
