At the heart of Our Mom Eugenia's culinary excellence is Eugenia Markesini Hobson, the restaurant's esteemed chef. Born and raised on the idyllic island of Zakynthos in Greece, Eugenia honed her culinary skills under the guidance of her grandmother, whose recipes and cooking secrets have been passed down through generations.
