About this space

The 129 ft² recording space is dedicated mainly to podcasts for up to 6 people. Color-changing LED lighting behind the TV can be adjusted to match the guest’s preference and theme. Blue soundproof paneling on two walls, a thick rug, and a bookshelf all contribute to the soundproofing of the space.

A staging area is available for hair, makeup, and overall preparations. Guests can load and unload in front of the building with flashers on. A normal-sized elevator provides access to the 4th-floor recording studio.

The hire fee can vary from $100 to $150 per hour.

Host rules

• No smoking, vaping, and drugs permitted on the premises.
• Food and drinks should be kept away from all equipment.
• No nudity allowed
• Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
• Set-up and break-down time is included in your booking time.
• We have furniture you can use or move. You are also welcome to bring your own.
• Special access is required for entry into the building, so staff will include details of entry before your booking.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
