This 638 ft² space is a soundproof area designed for photoshoots and filming. During the hire, up to 20 guests are welcome to use the onsite podium, multiple backdrops, aperture lights, whiteboards, tables, chairs, and TV screens.
Private equipment can be brought up via the elevator or stairs. There's also a green room for makeup, hair, and overall preparations.

• No smoking, vaping, and drugs permitted on the premises.
• Food and drinks should be kept away from all equipment.
• No nudity allowed
• Please book at least 48 hours in advance.
• Set-up and break-down time is included in your booking time.
• We have furniture you can use or move. You are also welcome to bring your own.
• Special access is required for entry into the building, so staff will include details of entry before your booking.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.

Leadership Institute is an educational institution focused on learning and politics. It offers the option to hire its Podcast Studio and Photo Studio for private projects.
Metered street parking is available around the building, along with a paid lot connected to Trader Joe's next door. Additionally, two Colonial Parking garages are located on adjacent streets.
