Kolossal Dreams Events Boutique is unique because we have our very own venue that can accommodate up to 85 guests standing and 50 seated.
Let's not forget our in-house planner , we also offer decor, coordinating and planning .
“The Dream House” amenities include; free parking, red carpet entry, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, a full kitchen, and bartending station.

Host rules
Respect the space and staff! We've got you covered.
Smoking is allowed with an additional fee.
Outside alcohol allowed we do have an in-house bartender.
A $250 deposit is required to book your date & times.
After the completion of the event, the renter shall leave the space in the same or similar condition as received from the owner. The space shall be swept and mopped if any major spills occur.
You have a 15-minute grace period after the agreed-upon departure time to be ready for your final walk-thru. If you are not ready and the space is not cleaned up and trash is discarded your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Beyond ordinary wear and tear, the renter shall be responsible for any damage caused by the renter’s use of the space. Renter shall arrange for the repair of any such damage. In the event, if the renter does not make any necessary repairs, the owner shall arrange for the same at the renter’s expense and will be perused to the fullest extinct of the law.
The renter will be responsible for clearing all trash generated at the event and depositing it in the proper waste receptacles on site. The renter will follow the provided cleaning checklist, terms/condition form, and closing instructions precisely.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Not to mention our full event equipment rental department. We have a host of lounge furniture, and backdrops. photo booths, etc.
We are located in a small plaza off right off the access road which is ideal because it’s easy for our clients to find our space.
