Kimpton Sylvan Hotel is a sight for bored eyes to meeting planners everywhere. Our mid-century boutique ambience flows into every space — from ballroom to boardroom to hospitality suite. And that’s just indoors. When your group needs some fresh air and green space, simply step outside our back door into immersive gardens and inspiring beauty.
With over 4,200 total square feet of indoor meeting space, our hotel doesn’t attract massive conventions. Instead we tend to draw smaller groups of up to 225 who place a premium on personal service and boutique design. Host a seminar or reception in our 1,900-square-foot ballroom. Two smaller rooms are ideal for board meetings and off-sites. When it’s time for a breakout meeting — or simply a break — our outdoor garden or pool-side patio welcomes you.
