About this space
Where Bourbon Street "meats" Canton Street! Our curated menu features a cross-section of traditional Louisiana cuisine and barbecue – cascading along the banks of the bayou and the coals, winding low and slow through Cajun country and the Vieux Carre – to bring you an authentic, chef-driven dining experience.
All meats are smoked in-house and prepared fresh daily.
