DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit of the food and beverage minimum by check or money order may be required to confirm your reservation; this deposit is refundable up to one month (30 days) before your reservation. Within one month (30 days), the deposit is non-refundable, but may be used towards a future event within 1 year.

CREDIT CARD ON FILE
In order to confirm your large group reservation you must provide a credit card. This card will not be charged unless you cancel within 72 hours of your reservation or you are a no show. This card can be used for the final balance if that is your preference.

GUEST COUNT
A minimum guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event date. From that point forward the Guest Count may not decrease, if your Guest Count were to increase we will do our best to accommodate but can not guarantee it. You will be charged for the number of Guests guaranteed by this Agreement, or the number of guests in attendance at the event, whichever is greater.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS
If you choose to cancel the event at least seven 72 hours (3 days) before the event date, you will not be subject to any charges. If you choose to cancel the event within 72 hours (3 days) of the event date or you are a no-show, you will be charged a $35 per guaranteed guest fee as a cancellation charge.

24% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
This fee covers staffing, compensation for the staff working your event, set up and break down for your large group, in addition to all other fees for your event. Should you feel inclined to provide a gratuity on top of this charge please alert a Manager.

MENU AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Final menu selections must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.

TIMING
Due to kitchen logistics and in order to ensure the intended Emmy Squared experience, we request that all guests be seated promptly according to the event start time listed in this agreement unless a change is discussed with the event director and/or a manage
