Charitable Organizations: Reduced rates are available for approved charitable organizations.

Decor Restrictions: No nails, tacks, adhesives, sparklers, confetti, or pyrotechnics are allowed. The lobby is off-limits, and moving pre-arranged furniture or using the reception desk requires management approval.

Safety & Setup: Nothing may hang from chandeliers or fixtures, and no slippery items or fluids should be placed on the floor. Only enclosed votive candles or oil wicks are allowed; open flames are prohibited.

Entertainment & Sound: Sound levels should not exceed 100 decibels, and an in-house sound system is available for use.

Deliveries & Rentals: Notify us in advance of all vendor delivery times. Clients must sign for any rental items, with delivery and pickup within contracted event hours.
