We accept only bank-issued cashier’s checks and cash. This is a non-smoking facility. Reduced rates may be available for charitable organizations with approval.

No nails, tacks, adhesives, sparklers, confetti, or pyrotechnics are allowed on any surface.

Lobby: The lobby is off-limits to guests. Furniture and decor cannot be moved, and the reception desk may only be used with management approval.

Safety: Items cannot be hung from chandeliers or fixtures. Slippery items or fluids are not permitted on floors.

Candles: Only globed candles or enclosed oil votives are allowed with management approval. Open flames and wax candles are prohibited.

Entertainment: Sound levels must stay below 100 decibels. The in-house sound system is available for use.
