Do you remember the candy lady? In urban areas, especially in the south, there was a lady who exclusively sold candy, chips, sodas, pickles, and all things yummy. These ladies were a staple, a cornerstone of the community. As times changed and children grew up, they began to have other interests. But somewhere in all of us, we all still want something sweet now and again.
Sovereign Sweets was born in Atlanta, GA from the idea of an atmosphere that connects people to a specific memory from their childhood served in an adult fashion.
